Using Eziclick

• By using Eziclick, you agree to provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• Eziclick may update product availability, pricing, offers, and policies when needed.

Orders and product information

• Order confirmation depends on stock availability, payment status, delivery coverage, and verification by Eziclick.
• Product photos, colors, and materials are presented as accurately as possible, but small differences may happen because of lighting, display settings, or production variation.
• Eziclick may cancel or adjust an order if product information, price, stock, or promotional conditions were incorrect.

Payment and delivery

• Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh.
• Inside Dhaka delivery charge is Tk. 60 and outside Dhaka delivery charge is Tk. 100.
• Orders of Tk. 2,000 or more qualify for free delivery within Bangladesh only when the order has more than one item and no discount has already been applied.
• Promotional or discounted orders do not qualify for free delivery.
• Overseas shipping is handled manually and does not qualify for the Tk. 2,000 free delivery rule.

Returns, exchanges, and promotions

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours from order receive time.
• Items must be unused, intact, and returned with original packaging and tags.
• Damaged or wrong products will be replaced without additional delivery charge after verification.
• Promotional items are not eligible for return or refund unless Eziclick sent a damaged or wrong product.

Limitation of service

Eziclick works to keep product, order, and delivery information accurate and available. Service may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, logistics, third-party platforms, network issues, or events outside our control.
